Kritesh Agarwal is a trailblazing expert in child-centric creative education, renowned for his innovative, formula-driven approach to nurturing young minds through performing arts and holistic development. As the architect of the Act to Action, he merges scientific child psychology with artistic training, to foster confidence, creativity, and emotional resilience in children.

Kritesh’s proprietary methodologies integrate medical insights (via collaborations with child development experts) and theatre techniques to address Physical, mental, emotional, and intellectual growth. His programs use Shlok Recitation, Theatre exercises & Medical Therapies and Practice protocol to transform abstract concepts into tangible skills, ensuring learning is experiential and impactful. Kritesh’s structured yet soulful approach redefines creative education, making him a visionary in shaping tomorrow’s resilient, socially aware generation. ​

Over the years, Kritesh has donned multiple hats in the entertainment world—casting head, director, acting coach, mentor, assistant producer, and art director. His hands-on experience has helped him uncover the nuances of the industry and design a program that prepares children for both on-screen success and off-screen strength.
Currently, Kritesh serves as the Founder & Managing Director of Rising Passion Pvt. Ltd., where he remains actively involved in leading Act to Action with vision and commitment. Admired by his students and peers alike, he is a highly motivated individual who blends artistry with empathy, tirelessly working to build a brighter world for and by the children of today.
