Kritesh Agarwal
Filmmaker & Acting Coach
Founder & MD, Rising Passion Pvt. Ltd.
Kritesh Agarwal is the Founder of Act to Action and a practitioner at the intersection of performance, education, and child development. With a background in filmmaking, acting, and creative strategy, he focuses on building learning experiences that develop confidence, communication, and real-world readiness in young learners.
Over the past five years, he has mentored 2,000+ children aged 3–15, helping them gain practical exposure in performance, communication, and creative expression. Under his guidance, students have secured 250+ casting opportunities and participated in campaigns associated with leading brands such as Adani Greens, SBI, and Dettol.
Kritesh’s work combines artistic training with structured learning frameworks, enabling children to build both emotional intelligence and practical skills. His experience includes collaborations with Zee Studios Jaipur and leading educational institutions, along with engagements across platforms such as IICT, IIT, and IIM.
Recognized by national and international bodies including ASSITEJ, CQ-ECCE, and AIP, and acknowledged under iStart and Startup India, Kritesh represents a new approach to education—one that blends creativity with discipline and prepares students for real-world challenges.
He also serves as the Founder & Managing Director of Rising Passion Pvt. Ltd., continuing to lead initiatives that aim to shape confident, expressive, and future-ready individuals.

Kriti Gupta plays a key role in shaping the learning experience and external engagement at Act to Action. She works closely across program design, student development, and partnerships, ensuring that the platform remains aligned with its child-centric and performance-driven approach.
With a background in performance and creative training, she contributes to mentoring students in expression, confidence-building, and stage readiness. Alongside this, she manages public relations, institutional collaborations, and external communications, helping expand Act to Action’s reach across schools, platforms, and communities.
